A revised U.S. military plan for Iraq envisions American troops being in that country for at least another two years.
The plan, known as the Joint Campaign Plan, was developed by the top U.S. commander in Iraq, General David Petraeus, and the U.S. ambassador in Iraq, Ryan Crocker.
The New York Times newspaper first reported on the plan in Tuesday’s editions. It calls for restoring security in local areas of Iraq, including Baghdad, by around this time next year, and nationwide security by mid-2009.

Beyonce fell face first down a flight of stairs on stage at her concert in Orlando on Tuesday night, PerezHilton.com has learned.

More pictures have surfaced of Nick Lachey and Vanessa Minnillo’s Mexican vacation, and this time they show the couple having sex in a hot tub, in public. Many people are speculating that fame whore Minnillo leaked the photos in her never-ending quest to become famous.
I think Nick Lachey’s gal pal Vanessa Minnillo is finally figuring out how this fame thing works. For the second time this month she’s caught (wink, wink) in racy photos…This is how careers are made these days. Her peeps probably rented the room based on the capability of your cameraman getting the perfect angle. She’s the one who probably called to tip you off on their whereabouts right from her own cell phone…Earlier this month, racy photos of Minnillo and Lindsay Lohan playing with knives miraculously popped up, a year after they were shot.”
Vanessa Minnillo is pretty desperate, but Nick Lachey seemed a little nonchalant last week for a guy threatening to sue everyone when he said “It’s not like I was caught with a Mexican hooker.” Technically, he’s right because Minnillo is Filipino, not Mexican.

The free ride is over at 50 Cent’s G-Unit Records. The rap mogul has confessed he was overgenerous with artists on his label. In fact, Fitty spent $8.5 million of his own money to take a lot of the rappers on his most recent tour so that they could bring their entourages – and so that everyone could travel, as he says, “comfortably.”
Not only that, he’d hand out hundreds of thousands of dollars to them at a time just for the asking, Sacha Jenkins writes in the new issue of XXL magazine. “Whether I got to give them $500,000 or $300,000 … Just ’cause they want $300,000 more to make what they [are] doing at the time comfortable. Like, ‘yo, I want to get this new place over here.’ ”
Sure, 50’s got plenty of do-re-mi: His albums “Get Rich or Die Tryin’ ” and “The Massacre” sold 20 million copies combined. And though his album “curtis” is delayed till September, he’s getting a payday playing a boxer in the Nicolas Cage movie “The Dance,” and a drug dealer in “Righteous Kill” with Robert De Niro and Al Pacino. And there are the clothing and sneaker lines – and at least $100 million more he stands to make now that coca-cola has bought Glaceau, which owns Fitty’s Formula 50 Vitamin Water.
But still, he called a meeting and told the artists at his label that the free ride was over.
“Laze was there as representation of M.O.P., Havoc and Prodigy,” he told the hip-hop mag. “Banks, Buck. Spider was on the phone. Olivia was there. Sha Money was there. I broke it down. I told them I wouldn’t be assisting them financially anymore. Pretty much I was telling them I wouldn’t be there. [In the past] they’d make a lot of money and spend a lot of money and have me there to fix it.”
There was another problem. “I looked around the room, and I was the only person with G-Unit sneakers on. But they were being paid,” he adds. “It had become the norm for the check to come, but they were no longer wearing the clothes.”
Wayne Brady’s wife, Mandie Taketa Brady, filed for divorce this week.

Kim Porter gave birth to twins seven months ago. Now, the aspiring actress has called it quits with longtime love Diddy.

Porter has moved out of Diddy’s New York apartment and is reportedly not moving back.
“She is focusing on her career as a model and actress and raising her children,” a source tells Page Six. “They are the best of friends, but they just can’t be together right now.”
Diddy is denying the breakup talk, though, telling the paper through his rep, “Porter didn’t return calls, and a rep for Combs said, “There is no truth to this.”
The rapper’s close “friendship” with Sienna Miller is said to have contributed to the split.
